These Terms govern your use of Shredbod, provided by Fessburn LLC under the Google Play developer name Fessburn Enterprises. By using Shredbod, you agree to these Terms. Contact support@shredbod.com with questions.

Shredbod provides workout planning, exercise guidance, logging tools, and training estimates for general fitness use. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or emergency care.

You are responsible for choosing movements and loads appropriate to your health, experience, environment, and equipment. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms and seek qualified medical advice when needed.

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks ongoing adaptive workouts, saved history, records, progression, recovery insights, targets, templates, and advanced workout tools. Your store shows the final localized price, billing period, and any eligible trial before confirmation. Trials convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the store states otherwise. Deleting Shredbod or local workout data does not cancel a subscription.

Workout data is stored on this device. Export a Shredbod JSON backup before uninstalling or clearing local data, and restore only from files you trust because restore replaces this device’s local workout data. Shredbod does not currently provide cloud workout backup. Optional backup reminders are local notification prompts to export a new file. Store purchases can be restored separately.

We work to keep Shredbod reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted store, device, or network services. Features may evolve while active subscriptions continue receiving ongoing training value.

Do not misuse Shredbod, interfere with its operation, bypass subscription controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it to violate another person’s rights. Shredbod’s software, branding, exercise presentation, and original content remain owned by Fessburn LLC or its licensors. Your locally stored workout entries remain yours.

Training recommendations and estimates are provided “as is” for general fitness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fessburn LLC is not responsible for injury, indirect loss, device loss, or lost local data resulting from unsafe training, unsupported equipment, device failure, uninstalling, or services outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, store, or product changes and will update the date shown here. You may stop using Shredbod at any time. We may restrict use that materially violates these Terms, while store cancellation and refund rights continue under the store’s rules and applicable consumer law.
