Shredbod is provided by Fessburn LLC, whose Google Play developer name is Fessburn Enterprises. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@shredbod.com.

Your profile, equipment, focus exercises, effort ratings, plans, performed sets, body measurements, recovery estimates, targets, and records are stored in the app’s local SQLite database on this device. Shredbod may read those local records on-device to build Progress report and Coach check-in summaries. They are not uploaded to Shredbod or RevenueCat.

RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-user identifier, app and device platform information, store product identifiers, purchase receipts, subscription status, related transaction events, and a Shredbod Pro paywall-impression event so Shredbod can offer, restore, validate, and measure Pro access. Apple or Google separately processes payment and store-account information under its own privacy terms. Shredbod never receives your full card details.

Purchase information is processed to provide and restore the subscription you request, prevent entitlement errors and fraud, respond to support requests, and understand aggregate subscription performance. Shredbod does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Your workout data leaves the app only when you explicitly use the system share action for a workout handoff link, Progress report, Coach check-in, JSON backup, workout CSV export, or file you choose to send. Shared workout links carry only the selected workout plan in the URL fragment so the public handoff page can open the Shredbod app without creating an account copy or cloud workout. Progress report and Coach check-in exports are readable summaries generated on-device from local workout data. Workout CSV exports are readable set logs from completed local workouts; importing one reads the file locally and appends completed history after confirmation. CSV is not the full restore format. Support diagnostic packets are redacted and contain app/build details, platform, Pro status, local data counts, and provider-sync status only. Restoring from a Shredbod JSON backup reads the file you choose on this device and replaces local workout data without uploading it. Subscription validation exchanges purchase information with RevenueCat and your device store. RevenueCat, Apple, and Google operate under their own privacy and retention terms. Shredbod does not sell personal data.

Notification permission is requested only when you turn workout or backup reminders on. Backup reminders are local prompts to export a fresh JSON file; they do not create a cloud backup. Shredbod does not request health, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or advertising-tracking permission.

Shredbod does not automatically send workout records or profile details in diagnostics or analytics. RevenueCat receives only the Pro paywall impression and purchase-service events described above. If a screen fails, you can choose to share a short report containing only app version, platform, time, and an allow-listed error type. Settings → Support can also create a redacted troubleshooting packet with local counts and purchase-state booleans. No diagnostic file includes profile name, workout names, body values, device identifier, stack trace, subscription customer ID, payment details, or health records.

Local workout data remains until you delete it, delete your profile, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or replace it by restoring a Shredbod JSON backup. You can export a readable JSON copy, restore a chosen backup file, or permanently delete all personal workout data from Settings. Deleting or replacing local data does not cancel a store subscription or erase transaction records that Apple, Google, and RevenueCat must retain. Manage or cancel billing separately in Subscription settings.

Email support@shredbod.com to ask about purchase-service data associated with Shredbod, object to or restrict processing where applicable, or request access or deletion. Because Shredbod has no account and workout data never reaches our servers, we cannot recover or remotely inspect workout data stored only on your device.

Shredbod is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires it, a parent or guardian must approve use by a minor. Material privacy changes will be reflected in this policy and its updated date before they apply.
